Kamrin is 11 years old, and he's had a pretty rough go of it since he was just 5. That's when the kidney problems started. He's currently waiting for a kidney donor to be identified. He needs a transplant. But he wasn't about to let that stop him from taking over Safeco Field.

Overcome fear on the ramp
Overcome fear on the ramp
We all remember being afraid to try something when we were kids, scared of failing, of getting hurt, of getting embarrassed. Facing those fears is part of growing up, and it's a part of this week's episode of, The Little Heroes. The little heroes hit the ramp for skateboarding camp... Including one little shredder's triumph over a case of shaky nerves.
Rockstars make it big
Rockstars make it big
This week we have a bunch of kids living their own little rock 'n roll fantasy. They can't be in a high school musical because they're still in grade school, and they'd rock around the clock except that their bed time is 8:30. Time for a little "kid rock" on this week's episode of, "The Little Heroes."
It's mutton bustin' time!
It's mutton bustin' time!
Every September, the Puyallup Fair hosts one of the truly wonderful slices of Americana that the great Northwest has to offer. Kids 6 and under push fear aside, climb aboard a scary beast, and ride! It's this week's episode of, "The Little Heroes."
Rougher 'n tougher than most
Anyone who's a parent knows that kids are this amazing combination of vulnerability, and strength. This week we went down to Olympia to meet a couple of boys who are about as tough, and resiliant as they come. You'll be inspired by this week's episode of, "The Little Heroes."
Slip 'n slide to the goal
Slip 'n slide to the goal
Well, in a couple months, we'll be showing you pee wee hockey, and you'll be amazed as the kids glide across the ice with the greatest of ease. But first, they have to learn how to skate, and that's what we have on this week's episode of, "The Little Heroes."
Modern-day William Tell hits more than his mark
Modern-day William Tell hits more than his mark
This is a first. We have a young man from Brier who started fooling around with a bow and arrow just a short time ago, and he's an absolute natural. How good is he? He's Robin-Hood good. He's so good you can bet your life on it! Here's a kid with some pretty incredible aim. You'll see how this William Tell scene ends on this week's episode of "Eric's Little Heroes."
looks back at J.R. Celski
looks back at J.R. Celski
Did you ever go to a birthday party at a rollerskating rink, and there was always one kid showing off? Skating backwards, spinning around, skating circles around everybody else? That kid's still out there. His name is J.R. Celski, and he's on this throwback episode of "The Little Heroes."
Child actor awes crowds as Ralphie
There's been quite a buzz around town about A Christmas Story, The Musical. Playing at the 5th Avenue Theater til December 30th, and much of that buzz surrounds a kid named Clarke, from our neck of the woods, who's been bringing down the house! It's this week's episode of, "The Little Heroes."
Best of Eric's Little Heroes for 2010
Best 2010
As we kick 2011 into gear I thought it might be a good idea to look back at some of our favorite Little Heroes. And our favorite Little Hero "moments" from 2010. As the man said, "It was a very good year..."
Mariners' Fanfest edition
Mariners' Fanfest edition
Mariners' Fanfest at Safeco Field happened a few days ago. Boys and girls, and moms and dads got to go down on the grass and roam around to get a feel for the place. It was the perfect setting for The Little Heroes.
Epic battle with gravity and ice
Gravity and Ice
It's an annual tradition around here: We go to the first games of youngest beginner hockey players, and we record their epic battles with gravity and ice. To the Lynnwood Ice Arena we go, for this week's episode of, "The Little Heroes."
Dribble their way to success
Dribble
It wasn't too long ago that these kids were dribbling on their bibs, now they're dribbling on the basketball court. And the results are... mixed. It's this week's episode of, "The Little Heroes."
Bowl'em over
Bowl'em over
They start'em young at the Paradise Village Bowling Alley in Parkland. That's where we went to watch some young whippersnappers bowlin' them over. It's this week's episode of The Little Heroes.
A feat of magnificent manual dexterity
A feat of magnificent manual dexterity
I'm not sure exactly how it happened, but somewhere along the line, the act of stacking plastic cups in a pyramid, and then tearing them back down again became a high art form. It's mentally demanding... Physically taxing... Emotionally draining. And it's this week's episode of, The Little Heroes.

About 8-months ago, a kid named Jordan McCabe and his family moved here from Wisconsin. Jordan, as it turns out, can play a little basketball. In fact, it's quite possible you've never seen anything like him before. It's this week's episode of, "The Little Heroes."

Getting great, one bruise at a time
Getting great, one bruise at a time
Sometimes on the Little Heroes, we show you these amazing young athletes, and all you see is the finished product. What we don't often show you is the price that is paid to get there. Today, we introduce you to a great athlete doing amazing things, but you'll also see how he's earned it, one bruise at a time.
